Helping Build A Progressive Election Infrastructure

To help build up the infrastructure for electing Progressive Candidates to public office, JP members pledge to give a minimum of 12 volunteer hours annually to work on various Just Progress infrastructure projects (Of course, we hope the volunteer ethic will catch on and JP members will provide many volunteer hours in excess of the minimum to these projects). These projects include:

  1. Developing precincts into Progressive communications, fundraising, volunteer networks;
  2. Developing public outreach campaigns designed to make the political environment friendlier to Progressive candidates;
  3. Informing our Progressive network of key public policy issues; and
  4. Evaluating candidates and officeholders for their Progressiveness.
